Northwood Meadows State Park

Wooded park spans 674 acres in a wilderness setting, with vast wetlands and nice spots for picnicking. A pond created by a dammed brook is popular for fishing and non-motorized boating. The easily accessible trails are ideal for nature walks, biking, hiking, snowmobiling and cross-country skiing. Northwood Meadows State Park is unstaffed but is open year 'round to the public at no charge.
