This Adirondack style resort was built in 1980 from the ground up by the previous owner. It is beautifully designed with a timber and field stone exterior and features beautiful post and beam interiors. Mountain Edge Suites at Sunapee is located in the Lake Sunapee region; just a short walk to Mount Sunapee State Park Beach, and features 46 one and two bedroom luxury suites. As a year-round destination, the region offers endless activities, such as canoeing, fishing, hiking, swimming, alpine cross-country skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, skating, tubing, and ice fishing.

Resort Hotel with an on-site tavern. All rooms are suites with rosewood furniture, granite and marble counter tops and a fireplace. The Resort has a heated lap pool, heated family swimming pool, an inside and outside hot tub, outside seasonal pools and a fitness room.
